I went through Professionals Cairns South, my house had offers every weekend and was sold in 3 weeks for the price that I wanted. I didn’t pay a cent until settlement. I was advertised on page 1 of realestate.com.au, in newspapers, sign out front and in window of real estate agent, and open home Sat and Sun and also private viewings. Fees to the agent were a little more expensive than most but I was more than happy with the whole process and the sale in such minimum time. Highly recommend!
